There is molded fiberglass over the wood core that provides strength and superior rebounding surface. The manufacturer gives a limited warranty of 2 years for this unbelievable backboard! The backboard is white with an orange border and target. Its dimensions are 39" x 54", and the hole spacing is 5" x 4 1/2". The shipping weight is 64 lbs.
